Established in 1967, we are a family owned independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents with a wealth of experience in the valuation, sale and letting of residential and commercial property. From our three prominently situated offices we cover Richmond, Bedale and Leyburn and the surrounding area to include the northern Yorkshire Dales and Catterick Garrison.
The firm was established by Norman Brown (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 1967. In 1985 Philip Mills MRICS MRAC joined the practice and has been running the Bedale office for over 25 years. Norman's son James Brown BSc(Hons) MRICS joined the firm in 2001 and works from both Leyburn and Richmond offices. They head a team of dedicated and experienced staff. Find out more about us
