The dining kitchen has a range of wall and base units with a work surface over and a peninsula separating the kitchen from the dining area. There is also a space for a range style gas or electric cooker and a tall fridge freezer. The dining area is a lovely bright area with Velux windows and space for a large dining table and chairs, ideal for entertaining or for family time. There is also a shower room with a shower enclosure having double sliding screen doors, WC and a wash basin. To the rear is an access lane for the properties in the terrace which gives rights of way.

The loft is accessed via a drop-down loft ladder which is fully boarded with light and power points and Velux windows to the rear. The landing does provide space for a staircase for anyone wanting to convert the loft into further accommodation.

Outside there is a large lawned garden to the front with a paved seating area and a range of mature shrubs and plants. There is also a path from the street to the front door of the house and an ornamental pond.

There is further potential to create off street parking at the front by dropping the kerb for vehicular access to a paved area that would be perfect for a driveway.
